Refund Policy

Please contact us and notify us immediately via email or phone if you have any problems with your order within 24 hours of the delivery date.
Le Coin Rose reserves the right to request pictures and photographs of the bouquet/arrangement to verify the information. Please note that the pictures should be clear. External circumstances as weather can impact the life span of the flowers.
If you cannot show proof of pictures within 24 hours of the original delivery date, Le Coin Rose reserves the rights to not issue a replacement arrangement.
We sell perishable flowers arrangements. Due to that fact, no refund policy shall be made since we aim at providing you the best quality!
In addition, no refund will be made if it is arising from a Customer error, including but not limited to providing incorrect/missing information, refusal of the receiver to collect the item delivered, inaccurate address, etc.

Cancellation

If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order, Le Coin Rose needs to be alerted within 15 minutes of your order being placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once Le Coin Rose has begun processing the order. Please call us to check whether our team have commenced processing the order.
Accordingly, we encourage you to carefully check and revise your order before submitting it.
